Sure, no one wants to say it but the fact is that we all want to take advantage of other people. Whether its to get freebies, that career change, or even your soul mate, taking advantage of people is what humans do.
Ask for Favors
You will be surprised at how people love giving out favors. The idea is that they have helped you and they now feel needed. So next time you can do something easily on your own, don’t do it. Ask the other person to do it. They will owe you one.
Tell Believable Lies
Not everyone can be like Spock. Everyone lies. When you do make sure to add an embarrassing detail to the lie. Not only will it make it more believable, you may actually remember the lie later.

Show Them Your Hands
When negotiating with those you want to take advantage of, make sure you show them your hands and palms often. People have a tendency to trust those that show their palms. I thought showing the hand was a bad thing, it actually isn’t.
Make Eye Contact When Laughing
In a group of people, make sure you make eye contact with the person you wish to impress. Especially your boss.
People instinctively look at the person they are closest to when laughing in a group. So don’t just laugh, look too. Flirt if you have to.
Nodding is not Evil
Even if you are bored as can be, nodding as your subject is talking makes them trust you more. In fact, they are more likely to agree with everything you say if you are continuously making them feel great while nodding.

Watch their Feet Closely
People interested in your conversation will keep their feet pointing to you. If you are boring them, their feet will be pointing somewhere else. It’s also a subliminal event. Point your feet towards your subject, they will love you even more.
Remember their Names
No one likes being the forgotten one. Whatever you do, remember their names. A trick to remember peoples names is to say their name at least 3 times within the first minute of meeting them. Ask them about their pet or something and remember to ask them about their pet the next time you meet them.
Pretend You are Excited to Meet Them
Don’t just be all serious and formal. This is life, not the Queen’s court. Show excitement, smile, laugh and even hug when you meet those that you want to take advantage of. They will want to see again simply because you may be the only person who appreciates them.
Keep Your Friends Close and Your Enemies Closer
If you know that in the next meeting someone has a target on your back, sit right next to them.
People tend to depend on groups to attack others. However, if you sit right next to your foe, they will be more afraid to charge at you. Heck you might even have a group hug after “discussions”
Always Tell People What they Want to Hear
If the secretary has a horrible wig on, please tell her how good she looks in her new do. Your boss just bought a second hand car, please complement them on their ability to be prudent and steadfast in their decision making.
Find out what they want to hear, then tell it to them. They will do anything for you. After all we bought those silly John Lennon songs.
Now use these tips on taking advantage of other people wisely. With a little practise, you shall find that everyone loves you. Even though we all know that deep in your heart you don’t like anyone.
